Refunds and returns

Email contact@thelumifashion.com to request a refund. That address is customer service for lumifashion.

• Write to us within 30 days after the carrier marks the order delivered.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• We refund the price you paid to the original PayPal payment. There is no restocking fee.
• You pay return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged. Email photos first. We then pay return shipping or send a replacement.
• After we receive and check the return, the refund is sent within 5 business days.
• The price on the product page is the full charge. Paying with PayPal does not add a fee.
